Budding Genius (BG) is obsessed with STEAM concepts and wants to share this obsession with children in order to turn them into geniuses. They are the sister company of Budding Genius Central Mississauga (www.buddinggeniuscm.com), which has been recognized as one of the world’s most innovative programs for children. Following the success of their in-class sessions, and due to coronavirus restrictions, they have decided to offer virtual classes. For the past two years, BG has been offering over 20 activities in science, technology, engineering, art, and math during their camps and weekly sessions. Their curriculum is designed to allow students to learn the skills needed to create technology from scratch. They are taught to sketch out their ideas during drawing classes, to build models as instructed, and to explore new ways of building during engineering and robotics classes.
Challenge
We are proud to say that “Budding Genius” is one of our older returning clients. They came to us through one of our successful incubator programs, looking for a way to get their business off the ground. Despite facing challenges with limited funding and a tight budget, we were committed to helping them achieve their goals. To achieve this, we had to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to create their brand, website, and platform. During the strategy phase of the project, we worked closely with them to develop features that would best suit their business, as well as structure their business in a way that would ensure long-term sustainability and success. It was this collaborative effort that resulted in the creation of a beautiful, functional platform that perfectly represents the brand while exceeding expectations.
